Terms of Sale

Last updated 3 June 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through our online store, which is operated by AP Clothing ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order acceptance

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order is accepted — a contract is only formed once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch; if we do, and you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We take care to price every item correctly, but if we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we'll let you know and give you the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices and product availability may change at any time.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe, our payment processor. We accept the major debit and credit cards and wallets Stripe supports. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is dispatched once payment has been authorised in full.

Genuine products

All products we sell are genuine and authentic. We never sell counterfeit or replica goods.

Your right to cancel

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, allowing you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Full details — including how to cancel and how refunds work — are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Faulty goods

Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to raise this.

Our right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel an order where: the item is out of stock, there's been a pricing or description error, we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity, or we're unable to deliver to the address provided. Where we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

We take responsibility for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your order, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
