Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it. This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer — it never replaces or reduces them.
14-day returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in a resaleable state. We can't accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that arrive back without their tags.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, simply tell us you wish to cancel within that period using the contact details below. After cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so the refund returns to the same card or wallet you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional working days to appear on your statement.
If you exercised your right to cancel, your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid (where applicable). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns and cancellations, you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage — until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and you won't be left out of pocket. Faulty goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can put it right quickly.
